Plugged Lie in the Sand #39 - This shot is basically a recovery shot. Try to have a very steep downswing and reduce your follow through. The set-up will be similiar to a regular sand shot. The shorter follow through will allow for more roll of the ball. There will be less spin and less control. The goal of this is to get the ball onto the green only.
