                                  Tip #4  Keep Front Foot on the Ground 

Keep Front Foot on the Ground #4 - Lifting the front foot is one of the most frequent swing flaws that I see. When the front foot comes off the ground, the hips rotate more which reduces how much your shoulders turn. This is a less effective motion. Try to create as much contrast from your shoulder turn to your hip turn. This will force you to turn more with the shoulders which gives us more POWER.
